Had a conservatory built by Choices in 2012. I was quite happy with the work and the conservatory is still good today except for the windows. In June 2015 I informed Choices that 6 panes of glass had fogged over. It took many phone calls, emails and eventually threats before these were replaced under warranty in June 2016. It took a whole year to get them replaced. In June 2017 I informed Choices that another 4 windows had fogged over. That's a total of 10 out of 24 panes in 5 years - not a good record. Again there have been a few emails and a number of phone calls. Despite promises to phone back they don't. Choices customer service is somewhere between appalling and non existent. My recommendation is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Sorry but if you do and you have problems you will struggle.
