Nationwide Windows

I can only give100% 5star review. We had new windows fitted on behalf of the council by nationwide windows and doors on 28/4/2026 at our flat in Cv82ej. We were most impressed with the communication and workmanship carried out by Arron and Ben. Which is more than I can say for the office staff we made several calls but kept being told the lady who deals with our area would call us back never happened. Arron and Ben who we have never met before kept us updated with what they were doing and were extremely polite and helpful the windows to me were fitted extremely well I felt sorry for them being a 3rd storey flats lot of lugging up and down stairs with 6 new windows and taking down 6 old windows plus all the tools they needed including there hover. The guys cleaned up after themselves and as we are disabled they took down our net curtains and refitted them after. Thank you Arron and Ben highly reccomend these guys I tried calling the office again 3 days after completion to see if the scaffolding was coming down before the weekend but again struggled to get answers. Eventually I got a call back late afternoon on the Friday to say it would be dismantled on Tuesday after bank holiday that didn’t help as scaffolding blocking our shed door and unable to open to get our mobility scooter out meaning mg partner couldn’t go out . Such a shame we were let down
