The guys who work for Aaron Fletcher were great, competent, friendly, helpful and tidy but if like us you like paperwork to back it up (guarantee and building control certs) then find another company. We have spent over 4 months trying to get the paperwork for this job but it seems that Aaron is too busy if he's in the country and when he's off in Dubai there's no one in the office who can issue paperwork (odd way to run a company). I reiterate that if this review was based solely on the workmen I would give them 10/10 but the owner lets the company down and I would not recommend anyone to use him, unless of course you enjoy being given the run around for months on end.
