Fletchers Fascias (Nuneaton)

Avoid at all costs! Aaron Fletcher will promise you anything to get your business then if you dare question anything he lies through his teeth! We couldn't afford his original quote and were happy to look elsewhere. He then deducted £350 off the quote to 'get your business', then later accused us of 'knocking him down' , which we didn't. Workmen turned up totally unannounced (very pleasant though), with no measurements/survey being carried out - hence mistakes were made. When we asked Aaron to call round to discuss mistakes and how best to rectify he sat in his car (on his phone-very rude) and said he didn't see what the problem was (he wouldn't from his car!) and then threatened to take us to court - not sure why? The mistakes were rectified (reluctantly on his part) and less than 24hours later he emailed for payment despite ignoring my previous emails regarding our concerns - very quick to respond when he wants his money. Brett and his team are lovely so it's a pity that they work for this man. Sure he will write an interesting response to this review but trust me it will be lies.

Job was a repair to 3 sections of cladding. Very prompt coming out for a quote - suggested I get the whole lot done and questioned why I didnt want to when I said no. On the Monday sent confirmation email to them to start asap. Again promptly called the next morning and arranged Thursday morning. Thursday morning came and went, no show. When I called he said that the fitter had decided to have a Christmas holiday and that "i should understand" I do but a phone call at least would have been nice. When I asked when they were coming round the next day he got shirty and said 12 then never showed - Because of this appalling service some trim broke and rain has leaked in! Now got a decent proffesional service coming. STEER WELL CLEAR OF THIS FIRM - DONT SHOW WHEN THEY PROMISE AND DONT CALL TO TELL YOU! Rather give 0 stars as they didnt even bother to show but unfortunately cannot......

Soffits, facias and gutters replaced ok 2 lights fitted in the porch, these keep falling out. Aaron sent someone round to fix it and it is worse. Pity he let something so small wreck a good job. No recommendations from me. Tried to help out by paying early when requested due to Covid but now I have nothing to barter with and he has stopped responding to polite requests for him to get it fixed, really professional !!! Don’t pay in full until you are happy ! I will now have to pay someone else to get this sorted Cheers !!!!

Replacement of front elevation Fascias and Guttering. Removing of old and replacement with new. The workmanship was first class adherent to all Health and Safety Requirements. They set about their task on a cold frosty morning. By 3.40p.m. everything was completed with all mess cleaned up including rebidding a ridge tile which has blown off in recent weekend storm. They were very punctual and courteous throughout I cannot fault their application to the works.. They are going to return in the Spring 2016 to pitch the garage roof. The work was completed in one day 0n 9 December 1015.

Aarons quote was competitive we had three other firms quote but decided to go with Fletchers.In one day the work was completed to a high standard. Bret and is team did a great job for us and were very polite and professional we would recommend them any time
