Fantastic service from start to finish! Everyone I dealt with in this company was incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. First there was the lovely Jo, who made the appointment for us over the phone. Then Tim came round to give us an estimate - he detailed everything clearly and was very helpful in explaining our options. Danny came round to take the proper measurements for the order and also took time to explain our options. He was very knowledgeable and patient, just like Tim. Lastly, Jason came to install the new window - he did a great job and left no mess! He even noticed something wrong with our bathroom window which he kindly fixed for us without being prompted - great service! I can't recommend this company enough, they're a great little team and I know for sure I will go back to them whenever we need new windows. This company genuinely cares about their customers!
