It would appear the delay was caused by a missing part and the status of the supply only part of the order. Our failure is not keeping you informed and up to date - something we pride ourselves on as other reviews suggest. It's difficult to blend in new plaster to old and quite often will require rubbing down once dried to ensure a seamless finish, if this hasn't been explained very well, we take note and will improve this information to future clients. Painting/ decoration was not part of the works we quoted for. All reviews are taken seriously and note in your case we could have done better.
