We have had a loft conversion and a Double storey side & back extension done through LMB. The main positive of using this company, more than once over the years, was their ability to work quickly, keep to deadlines & be flexible in how we wanted to adjust plans That were initially laid out. The work is of high standard and they are careful to meet all regulations. Their team are very personable, always polite and inclusive and this is important as the job can take months to complete. They are all trustworthy and I have always had peace of mind when leaving them to work alone in my house. They are always happy to work weekends & longer hours internally if need be. We have known Lee for a number of years and he is our first port of call when it comes to any domestic/commercial building requests. We are now looking into having the garden landscaped. Its an excellent company, knowledgable, very hands on and seem to have an endless queue of tradesman available to work. We are more than pleased with the end results!!!
