Generally very happy, with a few small hiccups. We used LMB for a dormer loft conversion recently. The core LMB team was great. They were considerate, hard-working, and got the main building work done very quickly. Special shout out to Brandon the foreman who was excellent. Most of the trades that LMB subcontracted to were also very good quality. There were a few small hiccups with the plumbing, and one fire door, but these were sorted out quickly with no extra cost to us. Lee was courteous and helpful throughout, and we got good support from the office team. There were a few small additional unexpected costs, but mostly the costs were in line with LMB’s quote. The final product is very high quality and we are very happy with it. Would recommend.
