This is the second time we have used Kalglass in 20 years - different houses though. On the second occasion we did not go anywhere else as we had been so pleased before. They are very straightforward to deal with and we never had any of the hard sell double glazing experiences that you hear about from other firms. The surveyor was extremely helpful in his suggestions of how the patio doors could be fitted and Lou kept us updated all the time on progress. We are delighted with the result and when we have saved a little more will be back for more of the windows to be replaced.
