Company appeared very good when the first visited and outlined what would happen before the installation, this included a phone call a day before the installation date. However at 5pm the day before the installation I still did not have confirmation about the time they was attending? I phoned the customer service and was informed by a women who said they are turning up tomorrow at 8am. I asked the women that this was not on and needed a days noticed as outlined by the surveyors, at this point she did not want to listen. I was so annoyed at the customer service I cancelled the contract . I then had to threaten legal action to get my deposit back as they wanted to hold on to it for 14 days. Customer service is not their first priority!
