Unfortunately, we had not explained clearly that, as the door was a fire door, closers are fitted as standard but we have been able to remove it successfully for him .

No phone calls chasing us to buy, no hassling salesmen between quotation and placing order. Installers (Steve and Harry) were friendly, punctual, and tidied up after themselves. Installation was done in the time specified, and they did an excellent job. A couple of minor adjustments were required (understandable given we replaced every window and door in the house). The job was not straightforward as existing secondary glazing had to be removed and refitted. The replacement units are good quality, look great and, being fitted with sound-proof glazing, have noticeably reduced traffic noise from the street. The fitters came back a couple of weeks later to fix a minor snag with the secondary glazing, so no problems with after-sales service from our experience.
