Im glad to say that we were able to help Mr Mullins who was unhappy with the automatic door closer. Unfortunately, we had not explained clearly that, as the door was a fire door, closers are fitted as standard but we have been able to remove it successfully for him .

Fantastic in all respects, original quotation honoured after 12 months. No phone calls chasing us to buy, no hassling salesmen between quotation and placing order. Installers (Steve and Harry) were friendly, punctual, and tidied up after themselves. Installation was done in the time specified, and they did an excellent job. A couple of minor adjustments were required (understandable given we replaced every window and door in the house). The follow-up visit was easily organised and tweaks were made. The finished windows and doors look fantastic and I would not hesitate to recommend.

A good experience throughout the process. The job was not straightforward as existing secondary glazing had to be removed and refitted. The replacement units are good quality, look great and, being fitted with sound-proof glazing, have noticeably reduced traffic noise from the street. The fitters came back a couple of weeks later to fix a minor snag with the secondary glazing, so no problems with after-sales service from our experience.

The two men were very polite, friendly and helpful in every way, I am absolutely thrilled with my new porch and front door. I have had several comments from people saying how much difference it has made to my property, it has transformed the front of my bungalow. Was very impressed with the customer service I received. Their website functions were easy to use, I requested a quote and received a call the next morning. Steve was really helpful and answered all the questions I had and talked through all my options.
Albion windows installed aluminium bi-folds in a house I owned in South London. They did a splendid job - flawless. When I moved to Wanstead - I got them again. A good choice. As I expected they did a superb job. But what was also outstanding was the commitment of the two Albion employees. Conditions could hardly have been more uncomfortable. For most of the day the day the scorching sun shone directly on them - 31/32 degrees horribly hot - but the two guys persisted - and despite the terrible heat and the dust from removing brickwork they did a fantastic job. The next day I got a 'phone call - I expected it to be Albion looking for money. But no, as the bricks had to be cut (two nibs) to put the bi-folds in, they wanted to arrange for their plasterer to arrange a visit. Great company to deal with and fantastic workers.

Initial installation very poor, no expanding foam used to block cold air or any form of material for that purpose. But Albion Windows quickly sent one of their better fitters to rectify the problem, all is well now. Fingers crossed!

Our door was fitted 26/8/17.
The work was carried out to a high spec. The fitter was very polite and confident in carrying out the work, which took approx three hours.
Sadly there were some marks to the inside handle and panel.
These issues have now been resolved and payment in full was made 8/9/17.
Recieving our ten year guarentee 14/9/17.

All old windows & doors removed & replaced with windows & French doors. Brickwork made good where needed. Excellent service & after communication with office any problems resolved. Most staff professional & polite responding to my calls when necessary.

Excellent quality doors and installation was quick and (relatively) painless. There was a problem with one of the doors but Albion came back shortly afterwards to fit a new one.
