Dear Steve From the initial consultation, through to the fitting and after care, Frames Conservatories Direct and yourself in particular have provided an open, friendly and professional service. You have been very transparent with your pricing, there was no hidden charges and are competitively priced. So much so in fact, FCDs price was under half that of another company who were offering similar products at what, clearly were inflated prices. When it came to surveying and fitting, this was all done efficiently, with the minimum of fuss and finished to a high standard by a team of polite and friendly fitters who cleared up as they went leaving the house exactly as they found it (bar new windows of course). The whole process from your first visit to completion of our house took little over a month and despite originally being sceptical of 'plastic windows' I can honestly say I would recommend not only FCDs products and services but also your friendly and relaxed approach without hesitation.
