After spending over £2k on a Solidor I wish I’d kept my old one . Door came in 2 colours anthracite on outside and white inside ,when I’d asked for full anthracite on my online order at no point did DAndI clarify this . Also ordered 6 key lock only 3 turned up then the handles were completely different ? We had wanted pad lever handles at no point did they tell us you can’t get in your front door with these and we were supposed to know that a pad lever and a lever were different ? The arched window above the front door was etched with our house number however this took 3 attempts to etch it the correct way ! D&I have corrected the issues but I can’t recommend them nor use them again . I feel this is a true reflection on the way our order was dealt with .
