Nick and Lee fitted my new front door this morning. Arrived on time. Introduced themselves on arrival. Great couple of chaps. Very professional and cleaned up the little mess they made. Highly recommend using Premier Installations. Well done.

Having had a dodgy porch for years, we finally bite the bullet and sourced a new porch with Premier Windows. All went well from Mark coming to measure for pricing and taking preliminery measurements to the final fit. Fitters arrived and introduced themselves. The weather was atrocious, very heavy showers and a little windy, but they carried on regardless( bless them). The porch itself was of a very good quality, a lot sturdier and excellent quality than what was there. On completion all redundant materials and waste was cleared as if they had not been there. The quality of workmanship was second to none. Needless to say we are very pleased with our new porch and will pass on Premier Windows info to any one who asks. Absolutely love our new bifolds! For a small house they really make space and we can’t wait for next summer to use them more! The Premier team were so great during the fitting, explaining everything they were to do so clearly and they even cleared the old doors and cleaned up the area - we would have never known they were there! We are very pleased with the 2 windows we had fitted. The installation fitter did a really good clean job. Premier Windows were recommended to us by our daughter following an installation at her house and we were not disappointed.

Brilliant at every step - we are delighted with the new windows and front door. We had several quotes and not only was this the best price but we felt the most comfortable with Marc in our house. Premier undertook a lot of work for us, from new and replacement doors and windows to a full replacement of the soffits, fascias and gutters. The advice from Marc on styles and colour was really helpful in deciding what we needed, and the planning and scheduling of work was clear and accurate - not something we see from many contractors. The work was all finished to a good quality in the time promised. This is the second time we have used Premier for work, and they continue to be excellent. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

The company, from start to finish was 100 percent professional. The surveyor, the salesman, and especially the fitters were exemplary. Great products, both windows and doors are perfect for us. Despite torrential rain Premier Installations fitted our replacement conservatory in 4 working days. despite heavy rain these past three months the conservatory has been watertight.

We are delighted with the results of Premier's window installations in our house, and were pleased with the process throughout. It was a big project, with some daunting challenges in bad weather, but we were so impressed with the Premier fitters' professionalism and 'can-do' positive approach. I had a new Composite Front Door with matching Side Panels fitted to my 1930s semi. Premier were friendly and professional throughout my dealings with them. The Sales Manager was thorough without being too pushy. I was happy with the price they agreed and there were no hidden extras. The Fitters were quick, efficient and took great care when removing the old door to do no damage to my decor. I noticed an immediate difference in terms of street noise and heat loss and the front of the house is undoubtedly more secure.

Very quick efficient service from both sales and installations. Any problems or queries were also dealt with very effectively.

Our landlady recently had our windows replaced by Premier Installations. We were so impressed with the company from start to finish and the windows are amazing - a huge improvement from what we previously had. The installer Neil was very professional, hardworking and super clean and tidy. As mentioned the windows are amazing; not only do they look great but they make such a difference with keeping the heat in and noise out!
