I have extremely high standards and know exactly what I want. I'm also a female commissioning work in what is still a man's world. Following a recommendation, OWD have built a conservatory, fitted new doors, and gone on to fit a window, front door, gutters and fascias for me. I cannot speak more highly of them in terms of value, customer service, quality of workmanship, the overall 'niceness', respectfulness AND reliability of the team. They come when they say they will. Not everything went to plan with the conservatory which caused me some anxious moments, however, the response was immediate and Dave and Dean were on site within days to rectify the situation. If I have been concerned about anything, or just want some advice, I have always felt very comfortable ringing the office and chatting things through. Special mention too for Matt, Jude, Mark and Chris for their work and support. OWD is now my go-to company.
