New fascia’s, gutters downpipes & dry verge edging to roof and porch. From our first meeting with Matt to Clayton and his team leaving once the work was completed we felt we could trust them. Matt gave us valuable advice as we explained what we wanted and Clayton and team were a delight to have on site. Polite, quiet, very considerate, tidy and worked extremely hard. We highly recommend. Very satisfied and pleased with OWD. Mark, the surveyor, called to assess fine detail of measurements and legal safety requirements. Dean and Tyler arrived on time. They worked from the top of the house down. At every stage fitting was carried out with little noise. All debris was removed and full carpet vacuuming dealt with. Overall we are very pleased. Would certainly recommend OWD and Dean and Tyler.

Just had OWD fit a new roof on my conservatory. The work was carried out on time and within the quote. The quality of work was excellent carried out by a friendly professional team. the whole area was cleaned after installation and all the debris removed. I cant praise OWD enough for a truly fantastic job and would recommend them to anyone requiring work on an existing Conservatory.

Excellent work again from OWD. I have used this company on three occasions and have always been impressed by their courtesy, efficiency, the quality of their products and their helpful can-do attitude. On this latest visit Chris did a brilliant job fitting made-to-measure balcony doors in the bedroom and as a favour rectified sealing problems elsewhere left by a previous installer. I recommended OWD to my daughter-in-law who was delighted with the sympathetic and appropriate double glazing they designed and installed to enhance her mid-Victorian house. I will be recommending OWD at every opportunity and will always be grateful to Matt and the rest of the team.

I have extremely high standards and know exactly what I want. I'm also a female commissioning work in what is still a man's world. Following a recommendation, OWD have built a conservatory, fitted new doors, and gone on to fit a window, front door, gutters and fascias for me. I cannot speak more highly of them in terms of value, customer service, quality of workmanship, the overall 'niceness', respectfulness AND reliability of the team. They come when they say they will. Not everything went to plan with the conservatory which caused me some anxious moments, however, the response was immediate and Dave and Dean were on site within days to rectify the situation. If I have been concerned about anything, or just want some advice, I have always felt very comfortable ringing the office and chatting things through. Special mention too for Matt, Jude, Mark and Chris for their work and support. OWD is now my go-to company.

OWD replaced our plastic, opaque, noisy roof to a bright, quieter glass roof. What a difference,! Wow! So on the off chance I popped in with my non standard broken letterbox. A new one wasn’t available but Matt knew where to get obsolete spares, He measured, located the replacement and it was ordered. Bingo, it was all sorted. I feel confident of OWD’s great after sales service, despite on this occasion, there was nothing in it for them. Thankyou

Guardian Roof installation replacing UPVC conservtory roof Jan.2018 Excellent work by great team of lads headed by Jim and Rich. A once useless room is now used every day 😊 Can't thank you all enough. Will definitely be using OWD again.

Absolutely delighted with our new conservatry and Guardian roof, it is now a room we can use all year round. The guys were brilliant and cleared the site every evening ready for the next day.
