Its been really hard to decide if I was going to write a review - because the door itself we are really pleased with. However, ultimately the customer service has not been up to scratch and we still have an unresolved issue. We opted to have the door custom colour sprayed and its been nothing but trouble. The first install date came, and unfortunately when the installers unwrapped the door the custom paint got pulled off the door in the process. We were assured by the company that this was a rare circumstance and it wouldn't happen again. I was quite anxious about this as during the purchasing process I had explicitly asked about the durability of the paint. The second install went to plan, however it was quite dark by the time they had finished so it was only the next day that we noticed the colour of the frame that was respayed didn't match the colour of the door. This was in November, we've made multiple contacts and there has been various excuses as to why still no one had come to see the colour miss match for themselves. I don't have the time to keep chasing them, and nor should I have to. Quite a poor failing of customer service which is such a shame because the quality of the door itself we are really happy with and it made a huge difference to the warmth of our house. Hopefully they read this and start to be proactive about managing the issue.
