Housing association replacement back door. Failed to arrive for appointment, no notification or contact. Arrived the following day and I had to turn them away the excuse was that they were busy. New appointment arranged again didn't turn up when arranged (4 hours later) apparently van broke down. At my property for total of 45 minutes ripped out old door frame with crowbar damaging surrounding areas. No dust sheets used ,mess left , door frame has missing screws and the ones that are there are protruding. Edging strips not stuck down properly bent key's the list goes on. Very unprofessional and poor workmanship. Definitely wouldn't recommend, rated 1 star as 0 star wasn't an option.
