I am totally disgusted by the the treatment we recieved from this company when placing an order for a front door. We wanted a patterned glass panel above our door to match the one on the main door. The lady we spoke to said she would make enquiries and get back to us. Having not heard from this person for several days, we phoned several times leaving a message to contact us, which did not materialise. My partner phoned to enquire about the progress and was told they were very busy, with the employee called SARAH, being very abrupt in her manner. When my partner said she didn't appreciate being spoken to in such a way, this employee replied 'SEE YA LATER PAL' and put the phone down on my partner. This is NOT the way you speak to a prospective customer, who has been left waiting for an enquiry for several days i'm afraid. I would advise customers to stay well clear of Andrew Wright.
