We have purchased several products from Anglian and were very pleased. So when the time came to buy anew roller garage door. Anglian was our first choice The door performed well until this March when a failure of the safety system resulted in damage. To cut long story short over two months later we are still waiting for Anglian to repair the door under guarantee. So far we have had visit from an engineer that told us that his forte was really windows so no help. Another engineer visited and said we needed spare parts. Constant contact withAnglian resulted in them informing me they were not able to get the parts. Customer care and the honouring of the guarantee are not apparently part of the Companies ethos
