I could write an essay about the grief this company has given me but i'll keep it brief. Basically in the space of approx 16 months we are now on our 4th Front door and still having issues !!. Now awaiting a replacement trim for the door where it has been catching the frame and new door hinges as the previous had not been adjusted correctly and now not fit for purpose. Customer service is non existant, no-one wants to take responsability for anything and the product was mis-sold to us as the door is NOT manufactured by them like they lead ypu to believe in their sales pitch and literature online. They should not be allowed to get away with it, go elsewhere as there is far better companies out there, Mr Window make this bunch look like amateurs...
