Pro-Fit Roofing

I paid £3950 for roofing works, including fitting bird spikes on the roof. Instead of screwing them down, glue was used and currently a third of them have come unstuck. I paid for all tiles to be replaced and realigned. One has fallen from the window bay. I have repeatedly contacted Pro-Fit to rectify the work and I am still waiting. Immediately after posting the above review I was contacted by Pro-Fit who profusely apologised for failing to carry out remedial works, which will now be rectified within the next ten days. I know feel confident that the work will be done. It only seems fair to update the response given.
