Lancashire Double Glazing Group Limited

Engineer called Tuesday 21/05 after I had reported door stuck and not opening informed me wheel stuck on door but not to worry it’s covered by the guarantee he double checked this with the office and they said yep all covered and they will be in touch. Yep they were with an invoice of £60 inc vat apparently not covered,installation manager said human error,it’s not about the money it’s the principal of being told twice it was covered and the fact that I’ve had to make 4 phone calls as staff do not call back when promised. Customer loyalty and service are not high on LDG list,was looking at new windows back end of this year but won’t use these again
