Sorry, I know it's long, but it may save you a lot of stress, time, and money. Please read. I normally never write reviews on products/items I have purchased, but I thought I would take some time out to save someone a lot of trouble. We put faith in this company as 20 years ago we had used it, and they did a great job. Now I can confidently say avoid this company at all costs. Our original installation date was: 29/09/23 waited 9 weeks to have 3 windows and a main front door fitted. On this date, we had two windows fitted. Apparently, these 2 guys were their best fitters in Lancashire. They damaged every wall on my newly decorated house to install one window in one room they damaged 4 walls, just no respect for someones property. We let that slide thats fine, and then we complained it took them 2 weeks to send 2 others to finish the job for the downstairs window and main door. When they left as you do you inspect the work and when we checked there were marks all over our brand new aluminium door finishing was awful they forgot to put a thumb turn which is really inconvenient for when you quickly need to open the door or for an emergency. A key is required to open the door from inside. The locking mechanism is trash. Every time you try to shut the door, it just drops down damaging the latch. We are unable to double lock the door. The colour didn't match what we had ordered as we ordered a darker shade of blue, but we were told it was correct. When checking their own website, it looks like a different shade. The finishing on the door is so bad they cut more than they should on some of the trims, and its visible. If you dont believe me, look at the pictures. The outside door handle has come loose. So it doesn't end there. We thought our windows were perfect they have knife marks on one, and for triple glazing, they are worse than my old double glazing windows. I can practically hear people speaking outside, and It feels like I have cars going through my house and not past it with the noise. It just never ends. I feel like the more we complain, the worse it gets. One worker would come to fix one issue and create another. We are now nearly at the end of November, and there no response on when they are going to come out to sort out the mess. It's just really stressful we can't even finish our house. To conclude, save yourself the trouble. im surprised to see some 5 star reviews. I wish they had carried out a good job for us. I guess we are not so lucky. I originally posted this review in november, but I was asked to take it down as they said they would do the job properly. As you can guess, this wasn't the case. They have tried to fix the issues, and they say its acceptable. We have complained to a senior manager he had no compassion at all for the delay or the work carried out. His last words were that you would have to pay for it or go through a legal battle. Would you pay for a job like this? I am just doing an update on the situation. Since 2 week have passed of being threatened by a male senior manager, they are still not willing to replace the parts that they have damaged, which is the frame of the door that they repaired. I will attach some more pictures of the repair that they tried to carry out. I also wanted the middle section to be rectified, which is damaged as well. The door doesn't shut properly still as when they carried out the repair where the keep is, it got pushed out. It is now catching, and the latch is hitting against it and damaging more. I have told them on countless calls that im not saying no to paying you. I just want you to replace the damaged sections as they tried to repair them, and im not satisfied with it. Which I don't think anyone would be. Im still being reasonable and nice and not revealing any names of the people involved. Once I spoke to them about these issues, I am now getting threatening calls from a female senior manager that I need to pay up, and now this is affecting our health. It's funny how the owner replies to the nice reviews?

I REALLY tried to find someone local but ended up resulting to searching for a national company as i needed my doors/ windows replacing. Booking an appointment was no problem, sales guy turned up and measured it all up and took my requirements. Comms back and fourth was fast (as usual when someone is trying to sell you something). Had someone come back around to measure up and told me that i would not be able to use the same locks (where as the sales man said i could). Took all details. Waited some time for an appointment to get it installed, the installer was prompt and did the work fast. As soon as the work was completed they jump on you, asking for payment and any alterations need to be logged via their web site. Logged several jobs over their web site, NO reference number and calling through is extremely hard. Even when you do you get 0 log reference number and no call back. Doors were extremely stiff to lock. Doors were not level Door vents had 2 - 3mm gaps so closed vents let air in all around. ... Logged many calls and i have had four call outs including a conversation with management. Management said that when the doors are cut there is a 5mm margin of error which is classed as acceptable. This means that my doors not level is acceptable. The vents i were promised to try other vents to see if they would stay flush with the door and not leave gaps. The SAME engineer who came out said that the doors were not finished correctly and took the vents, clips all to bits and was cutting away. He aligned the doors (which the manager said was not possible) and said the vents are flexing away from the door. Other engineers at the firm suggested using silicone to fill in the gaps. I mentioned i did not want this as its a bodge job. The engineer even said that the vents should not be doing what they are doing and that there should not be a gap. After more calls and logs i received an email saying that i will need to live with it. now i have a set of doors with vents that have 2mm gaps around letting in a draft. I did have them quote up doing my entire porch, front door and internal door but now i think i will take a pass. I cannot believe there is such a large disconnect between the installers, management and the admin staff. A lot of this can be installed by additional training and correct processes in place. After this experience over many months i would not recommend this company at all.

New Porch fitted just before christmas. Been a disaster from the start. Frame 36mm short one end, just covered with TRIM!!! promised new timber at the top but never happened just covered up with trim, door doesn't seal correctly, which is the major problem. Colder in porch now than when we had a timber door and single glazed windows. They havent ignored us but they havent sorted the problem either. They have sent out different fitters several times to rectify but still not correct. Looks like they are using inferior materials and it was poorly fitted. ITS JUST NOT SUITABLE FOR PURPOSE.
