We had 6 windows, French doors, Rear garage door and an inner porch door and side panel fitted. A very competitive quote given by Greg, with no need for haggling and the work carried out on the date given and in a very professional manner and finished well within the time given, so less inconvenience ! There was a problem with 4 units which had smudge marks on the 'inside' of the double glazing, thus preventing removal. This was a manufacturing problem and not the fault of Dorr and Windows. What pleased us, was how quickly the problem was resolved. They pride themselves on aftercare and they are true to their word. Would certainly recommend the company to any other potential customers.

Thankfully Greg established our requirements and quoted without resorting to the hard sales techniques often associated with this industry. The installation was carried out in a friendly and professional manner by two teams of three over two days. Great care was taken to protect carpets and furniture with dust sheets before starting work in each room. The new doors and windows have exceeded our expectations and we are already feeling the benefit of improved insulation and sound proofing. We totally understand why most of their new work is from personal recommendations.

The fitters that turned up on the first day were very professional, dust sheets were laid on the floors over the whole house. The existing windows were taken out without damaging any of the finished plaster, and the new windows installed and sealed, The total install took 2 days with no damage to any of the plaster inside and no damage at all on the exterior of the house.

From start to finish the team at Doors and Windows were professional. When the original door arrived damaged they refused to install it until another was sent. Installation was quick and efficient however it was not without problems. The doorset was not manufactured correctly resulting in us being trapped in the house when the temperature rose or locked out. Finding the solution took a few visits before it was finally rectified. We called a specific fitter when it failed and he came out of hours and in his own time to rectify it. Sin ce then, the door operates perfectly.
