I had a conservatory replaced by Eden and my decking replaced with composite decking that was in 2018 The conservatory is fine the decking well it has started to move and has gaps in it I have had a fitter come round and put some of it right although I’m not particularly pleased with the job he did on my steps He said he couldn’t do anything about the gaps in some of the decking but would go back have a word and they would get back to me Two weeks later I’ve heard nothing so I’ve emailed them they came back to me and they were due to come in today I was told that I would be emailed with the details I’ve heard nothing I rang Eden this morning to find out what time they will be arriving the girl on reception took my details and said somebody would come back to me again I have heard nothing I find all this very frustrating I have paid a lot of money for this decking although it shouldn’t make any difference whether you paid a large or a small amount the after sales is pretty abysmal I would certainly think twice about recommending them purely on after sales alone
