At one point there was a slight problem due to the size of the door and window opening but they immediately responded and resolved the problem within a couple of days to a very high quality. I had a front door fitted, door quality is good but the job was let down by a poor fit on the sill parts showing very uneven sealer, and the thumbturn lock was supplied in matt silver not chrome, when it was changed it was replaced with a satin chrome, so i have had to get a chrome thumbturn myself to match the handle. I am not totaly satisfied with this job unlike previous jobs i have had done which i was happy with.

At the end of the job I was handed the questionnaire by the workman and had to fill it out in front of him therefore I felt disinclined to mark the job badly ( not that I needed to) If this wasn't bad enough he stood next to me and virtually told me which box to fill in. Surely the questionnaire should be sent by post some time later so it can be filled out at leisure.

Door quality is very good but part of the frame seal was not fully glued from factory so the the door fitter revisited to glue down, seems ok now.

Small problem with locking mechanism which had been fitted, and repair of masonry work on hall wall when old door was knocked out. The service supplied was very good, but the more modern ideas were only discussed after the fitting had started to take place. As my garden faces south, I would have perhaps agreed to coated glass which darkened according to level of sunlight rather than having automatic curtains fitted. Price was never discussed as being of high importance. Since the fittings took place, three windows were replaced due to manufacturing errors and a couple of minor breakages discovered that can only be attributable to the fitters used. R G G
Although Eden window provided an excellent job, one of their sub contractors did let us down a few times with deadlines. Although this was not a great problem it was a bit frustrating waiting for the final screed to be layed.
Eden did soon rectify this by supplying a different screeding contractor. Job done.

Everything went well, window is very good, the only problem was the finish, due to the fact I had a plasterer ready to make good, I feel they never finished off the installation as I would have expected. overall very good though.

Eden Windows did a magnificent job on our extension. We are thrilled with the results. All work carried out was to a very high spec. and the various teams from the designing, building, electrical and plastering were exceptional. We can't recommend Eden too highly, Very professional, everyone took great care to get it right and took a real pride in their work. The price had gone up a lot since last year but the product is good, especially how you have refined the design of the glazing bars.

New front door was fitted today, it looks fantastic - makes a big change to the previous door that was there. All staff were professional and punctual.
I wanted a quality building to replace an old cedar and glass conservatory. I liked being able to view the various options in the showroom and the helpful advice of the sales consultant. Whilst they had to work to the existing foundations which presented some technical questions there were no problems only solutions. I felt comfortable placing my order and as soon as the builders, installation team, plasterers and electrician got to work I knew I had made the right choice. I was impressed with all the staff I met and dealt with. They were all extremely competent and obviously took great pride in their work and I now have a conservatory at the top end of my expectations which has been much admired by my neighbours. Well done.

I took a risk using Eden Windows to replace my conservatory roof with a solid one. I didn't know anyone who had done this to their conservatory and I didn't know of anyone who had used them. I had a conservatory that I could not use in the summer because it was too hot but that has all changed now. The team that did the installation were brilliant. They got on with the job and didn't let up except for when they took their lunch break. The installation was completed before the summer began and I have been able to sit out there even on the hotest days and enjoy the room. I would thoroughly recommend having a replacement solid roof and I would recommend this company to do it. The quote was very good in comparison with another company I looked at. I have no regrets at all, other than I wish I had done it sooner.

We are very pleased with the work that Eden Windows have recently carried out for us. This involved removal of a length of wall between kitchen and conservatory and fitting bifold doors. Eden Windows were one of a number of outlets/supplies we approached for French doors and a set of bifold doors. The initial contact with Mark and Stewart was very positive and reassuring, giving them a lead over the three other firms we asked for quotes. Eden's flexibility and interest in meeting our requirements were demonstrated in three areas: in product price; rearranging fitting at short notice; and making an adjustment to the bifold doors during fitting. All in all, one of the most professional traders/fitters I've dealt with. I'm delighted with a high quality product, supplied through excellent customer service, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Eden Windows to friends and family.
Although there were some problems with the install of the windows and doors due to a failed Angle Iron and due to miss communications between the sales person and the team, but this was sorted out very quickly and professionally.
There were some other problems but these were also fixed by the support team.
I was very happy fitters and service engineers that visited to fit and resolve the issues with the windows and doors and went out of there way to make sure everything was done correctly.
Have dealt with company in the past and would definitely deal again. Good quality product at affordable price and polite staff and workman.

We are really happy with the windows-the quality is very good. The fitters were friendly and polite and tided up well. The aftersales service was excellent-had a problem with one of the windows but it was fixed on the day we rang up about it. The only thing that could have been better is the communication and keeping us updated re our order from the office-we had to ring to find out when the fitting date would be and the windows took longer to come from the factory than we thought they would. Overall we would definitely recommend Eden Windows.

Very professional installation company meet all our requirements.
We moved into our house in April 2014 one of its selling points was the open space between the large kitchen and conservatory. There were no doors between them, which I loved as the area was seamless. This was ok in the spring and summer last year.. but pretty cold this winter. I didn't want the floor to have a threshhold and I wanted the doors to fold right back to maintain the seamless view when doors were open. From start to finish nothing was too much trouble for all of the staff who helped me achieve exactly what I wanted. I am so happy with the overall result of my French doors I find I stand and admire them throughout the day, and so do visitors. After reviewing 20 companies it was the showroom that converted ideas into reality with Paul Kelly who must eat and sleep the products with vast knowledge assisting our bespoke product with a matching chill and bespoke gable end plus visiting our home to translate the ideas into reality over a few cups of coffee!

I cannot believe how good the product and service has been. I have a 100 year old house with black and white Tudor style windows outside with dark wood inside. Eden window have been able to duplicate these exactly.

Quality of work and politeness of staff, both Eden Windows and their contractors, were excellent.
Communication, however, was a problem. The installation, including a number of short breaks between the various stages of construction, spanned a number of weeks and more advance information about the plan of work, who would be coming, and, particularly, when, would have improved the experience.
We are,nevertheless, very pleased with the result (we have had other work done by Eden Windows in the past and so expected a high quality outcome) and would certainly recommend them to friends.

Top quality throughout, the fitters were very polite and even took their shoes off when going to the toilet (does not happen very often with tradesman unless told to do so). I am a very showy off person and all I get is positive comments on the door from family, friends and neighbours which is a feel good factor for me. I am very happy that I used Eden Windows as now I have a quality, solid and secure door which in turn means saftey for me and my family. I have already recommended Eden Windows to people I know.
