Once again we have had a great job canaries out by thee team we have had our windows and doors updated bye hem in the paste owhen. Decided to add a new conservatory to our property our first choice was to call Them and get some ideas one sign and costs. As always the attention to detail was great and Rob came up with various options that enhanced our original ideas and that incorporated all the points That we wanted and gave us a well thought out design incorporating the latest glass options and other heat saving ideas that we hadn't even thought of.. Once all the necessary approvals had been obtained on our behalf the construction process started Andy very member off he team who worked on our conservatory were great Andy or hint was too much trouble and we now have a stunning glazed extension that is the envoy of all our friends and family. We would recommend SGP to a anyone who wants 1stclass service from start to finish.

I would like to thank all the craftsmen who worked on the two projects, especially Barry and Rocky. They were all most efficient and very polite. One could tell that they were being careful about what they were doing The new roof on the conservatory is magnificent. It seems to be cooler in bright sunlight than the old roof, and in colder weather is definitely warmer than the other roof. Also it does not leak round the edges. It is also a whole lot quieter than before. I can no longer hear every word of next door's telephone conversations and the traffic noise from the high street is considerably reduced. The summerhouse is very good considering they were working from the instruction manual without having previously put up one of this type of construction. The finished product is very pleasant and seems to be draught-proof. I will happily recommend your firm to anybody I know who is after a new conservatory or repairs to an existing one. 11 Heath Brow 13.05.2014 Hemel Hempstead Herts HP1 1JL RE: Installation of Orangery, landscaping of garden, developing play area into dining room and re-flooring of hall and porch. Dear Rob, I would like to thank you and your team from ‘Selected Products’ for the fantastic Orangery which was finished last week. As you know being a Registered Childminder my family and I were sharing our lounge with several children but now we have a light, airy beautiful and warm addition to our house and our own private living space. The new room was built surprisingly quickly and with a minimum of disruption to both my family and business. Because of the nature of my business I had several stipulations about the workers and at no time were they anything but professional, including when I badgered them to ‘sign out’ the ‘visitor’s’ book as they were leaving after a hard day’s work! The same can be said about the parking problems in my road. All workers made a conscientious effort to park safely and respect my neighbour’s needs. During the ‘build’ I added various new things such as a cemented spike for my rotary airer and cat flap in the new French door. I also changed my mind about the size of the artificial grass .Barry and Rocky happily completed my new wishes .Also they put in a lot of thought about the best way to design things. Two examples are the shape of the new artificial turf and the steps joining the house and patio to the garden area. They did not choose the ‘quick’ or ‘easy’ option but spent time thinking and planning what would be the safest and, or, aesthetically best option. They also endured some dreadful weather in order to keep the project on the promised timescale. Further they worked for several hours over the Easter Bank Holiday weekend in order to get the work finished in time for my clients’ children returning after the Easter break. Apart from Barry and Rocky we had the electrician, plumber, plasterer and painter supplied by ‘Selected Products. Each tradesperson did an excellent job and was thoughtful, polite, helpful and courteous at all times. One of the reasons I chose ‘Selected Products’ to do the Orangery and ten smaller jobs was the sense of professionalism from the first time Rob came to talk to me about my needs and ideas. He obviously know his product inside out and was able to make improvements that I would not have thought of. At no time were ‘heavy handed’ or pushy sales tactics employed. His quotation was by far the most detailed and professional as well as giving various options to reduce the price. Several of my friends, colleagues and parents of the children I care for have seen the finished product and have been amazed at the finished product and the speed of the completion of the work as well as the lack of disruption the their child’s routine. For this I thank you. I would be very happy for you to bring your prospective clients to see our new home which has been transformed in little more than a month by your firm. We live in a two bedroom flat with a small garden and wanted a conservatory that could add space and chracter in a very tight space, with the added difficulty of a balcony above. Three other companies came and gave us quotes. they were unsure whether it could actually be constructed and/or under the impression it have to have a flat roof and be functional, not an elegant extra space in keeping with the chracter of the flat. It was obvious they didnt want a challenge and din't ant to move way from exisitng plans they already had. In walked Selected Glazing projects Limited and Rob- from the first moment he listened to what we wanted and came up with a well considered plan which katched our expectations. we were very excited to see the plans and the quote was great value. we were also reassured knowing that the work would be projected mangaed by Rob. Over the coming weeks due to terrible weather the work was held up. We were kept informed of what was going on and they did eerything they could to ensure the work ws crried out quickly and effciently but to a high level. It was great having R|ob to bounce off ideas and he was available to chat through what we wanted, doing everything thye could to accomodate our plans. Nothing was too much trouble. He organised meetings for a time which suited us, often late in the evening to discuss progress and check we were hppy. Now the Conservatory hs been used for a number of weeks we re thrilled. it's added so much to the flat. It is not simply an xtra room but a centre piece. Neighbours and visitors have commented on the quality, design and work carried out. I really would like to thank the company for all you did before, during and after the build. You trulyu went above and beyond with your customer service and the end product is testomony to your skilled staff. It's amazing! My wife and I would'nt hesitate in recommending you to anyone.
