We would not recommend this Company. We placed a very large order for sash windows and doors. When the windows were fitted we were appalled by the quality and standard of finish. The windows were delivered and installed with multiple scratches, scores and damaged window furniture. We identified over 200 marks between the sealed glass units - finger prints, debris etc. The windows did not comply with Building Regulations and would not be passed by the local Authority due to incorrect non safety glass and the minimum means of escape not being adhered to. The survey was incorrectly carried out which resulted in badly fitting windows and a gap under the patio doors of 30mm. Despite the fact that County Windows (Winchester) Limited secured over £21,000 of our money the installation was never completed and they would not accept our concerns or complaint. Following a two year legal battle we were successful in having our funds and legal costs returned, the windows removed and new windows installed by a different company. (We are delighted with our new replacement windows). This is without doubt the worst Company and set of individuals we have ever had the misfortune to encounter.
