I had my windows fitted 7 years ago. I was more than happy with them and the workmanship. Last year one of the units needed replacing as it had blown. Despite having a ten year guarantee I was informed although the replacement unit was free the workman was not and I had to pay for him. I have now noticed three more units have blown and have filled out a form emailed to me. That's four units so far in seven years only another fifteen too go. I am very disappointed with the windows as I was hoping they would last a lot longer. Not sure how much the workman will cost this time. At this rate it will probably be cheaper to have new Windows, maybe not with Brackenwood though.
