PCL have been a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We decided to replace our old conservatory with a much more thermally efficient structure so we could use the space all year round. I found PCL on Facebook, liked what I saw so made contact. Phil invited us to the factory where he gave us a tour of the factory and discussed the design specification of the SIPS method of construction. Very impressive. Phil was able to provide a quote based on my basic scale drawing and within a few days we had agreed to proceed. From then on I communicated with Nick who did a final measure and made adjustments to the specifications to our requirements. There was a short lead in time which allowed me to remove the old conservatory. The agreed start date arrived, everything was delivered and Martin and Paul put the basic structure up in one day. Paul returned on day two and we put the EPDM roof on. As this was intended to be a self build project I then proceeded to complete the work to the very detailed working drawings. The quality of materials are excellent, Both the Bifold doors and Lantern are by Corniche, a market leader. The Upvc windows are a high spec with Yale locking systems and quality units. The SIPS panels fitted accurately and all the components supplied were made to measure. Nick was on the end of a phone if I needed him and he also called round to check everything was ok. The whole job took one calendar month to complete, there was no mess and no fuss. The finished product looks fantastic and we are delighted with it. I would recommend PCL to anyone.
