Absolutely fantastic service from PCL Building Products. I spoke with Karen a number of times and she was always helpful and never pushy which I really appreciated. Phil spent a long time taking us through all the options and was clearly very experienced and able to answer all our questions really well. The fitters were punctual, friendly and left the whole place beautifully tidy. They worked so hard for the full week, even working late into the evening (in the dark) the first night in pouring rain to try to get the structure watertight over night. We are so pleased with the finished product (new conservatory with a roof), it looks fantastic and will definitely add value to our house so was well worth it. I was worried about it being cold as it is open to the kitchen but it’s really warm and has transformed our kitchen into a beautiful space. Thank you to everyone at PCL.
