PCL Building Products Limited

We thought long and hard about a new solid roof on our 21 year old conservatory. A friend recommended PCL having had them to replace her garden room roof. We had put up with draughts and noise all this time and decided to get a quote. The whole process was very professional, from Garry doing the initial measure-up, showing us the product (which is very substantial!) and providing a quote, through liaison with Nick, changing dates due to holidays and Phil visiting for final survey and measurements. The day arrived, workmen Paul and Eddie knew exactly what they were doing , got on with it, completing within the week as arranged, and the plasterer providing a wonderful finish on our new ceiling, ready for Paul to return after we had painted, to fit the light fitting and remove all the floor protection. Fabulous job, well done!!! Great communication in the office through Carol, great company, great result!
