Customer Ref - BP1417 . I contacted PCL after having been let down by another roof installer, following recommendations from a work colleague . I got a quote straight away from Karen based on my measurements and a visit by Phil was arranged who explained what could be done , with no pressure to buy whatsoever. He then took measurements and gave me a confirmed price. A second site visit from Phil confirmed everything and the job was booked in . The whole team at PCL did everything we asked of them from start to finish .We are so pleased with the new room and have not sat in our lounge since the job was completed and have noticed a huge different in the temperature in that we can use it all the time rather than only when it’s not too hot or cold outside. I would definitely recommend PCL if you are considering a tiled roof on your conservatory. A huge thank you to you all at PCL and in particular Phil and Nathan who have worked so hard on the task. They have done a fantastic job and it looks even better than we were expecting. They have worked in a neat and tidy manner and were very pleasant and polite.
