If I could give this company zero stars I would. We didn't even get the work done through them in the end due to the verbal abuse myself and my husband received from one employee, whom alarmingly I believe to be the boss. The way he spoke to us was beyond shocking, coming from anyone, let alone a 'professional'. And all because we hadn't had communication back from them following our initial enquiry so we chased up and mentioned this, and he went ballistic?! It deeply concerns me that people with this temperament and zero respect are out there being trusted to do important work on people's homes. Be warned that if you give any critique, no matter how small or justified, you will receive an onslaught of disgusting verbal abuse. Also note that anyone with anything negative to say has had to do so via this website as this company has obviously removed negative reviews from elsewhere - I wouldn't be surprised if this review receives a foul-mouthed and aggressive response!
