Beautiful windows and doors. Tidy installer, made very little mess in the house. It would have been better if he'd hoovered out the window & door ridge & grooves as these were full of the plastic bits & brick dust from his drilling. One window was faulty & by the time I noticed it, the installer had already ordered a replacement which was fitted very quickly a few days later. I have marked this DOWN TWO STARS because I don't feel the salesman did a good job. If you're selling windows, sliding doors, back door & front door to an old person, he should have considered how I would be able to use them. 1. The push out top window between the 2 normal openings are so high as to be unuseable - I'd need a ladder to be able to open & shut them. 2. The TOTALLY HORRID HANDLE on the outside of the front door is almost impossible for me to push up when I'm locking or push down when going back and forth with shopping. I did not know, nor was it pointed out to me, the inside handle is different to the outside handle. I would NOT have bought a front door from this company. But the windows look super!
