We had our front door replaced in 2017 and after three years found the glass panel was filling with water and the door and frame colour (green) was fading. An assessor came out to check and agreed everything should be replaced as under guarantee. Over 18 months on and I'm still waiting! Almost laughable but sadly true. I have emailed numerous times and eventually got to speak to a manager who said there is a delay with the supplier due to covid and backlog of business. I am now looking to install 5 large windows and will definitely not be asking SEHBAC as they don't seem to honour existing customers.
