1. I ordered a patio door that was installed in my back garden, noticed big blob of glue now hanging down and strange problems on each side, not very good, very poor quality. 2. I ordered a conservatory, to enable the built and willing one of my builders spoken to Mr window sales man called Robert who instructed him to remove this and that to ease the built. On the day of the installation (foundation build) Mr window said their main and only guy to install had hurt his knee, the day after they said they never surveyed the place, which is a lie and I can prove it. 3. I previously ordered from them a front door but cancelled because of the above 7 days after, they rejecting the cancellation though I checked with trading standards and my consumer rights say 14 days cooking period. Overall Mr Window have not signed to any protection scheme for the consumer, in particular anything to do with quality, paper work and deposit. So if you reading this, be careful.
