We are still waiting for several issues to be rectified after reporting them to Cannon Conservatories 10 months ago. Whilst we have had dialogue with the company, we are no nearer getting the work done than we were when we reported the multiple problems. We were promised that all the repairs would be done by 1st June as none have been sorted. We are furious that this matter is dragging on and on. The 10 year guarantee is utterly worthless.
