We are still waiting for several issues to be rectified after reporting them to Cannon Conservatories 10 months ago. Whilst we have had dialogue with the company, we are no nearer getting the work done than we were when we reported the multiple problems. We were promised that all the repairs would be done by 1st June as none have been sorted.
We are furious that this matter is dragging on and on.
The 10 year guarantee is utterly worthless.
cannot supply a roof the same size as frame then tell you its allright and fill 40mm gap with expanding foam and trim and hope your do not know what they have done add doors do not open correctly together with at least 18 errors that should of not happened the firm appears to be run by MR SOOTH TALKER AND MR BODGE IT AND SCARPER do not believe any thing they say.Would i recommend no way find another company or buy some scratch cards it will be less hassle.
The end product is good and we are really pleased with it. Peter was very good in the initial stages and design help. there were a couple of hiccups on the way but in fairness to Cannon they did sort them out and did a good quality job. We are really pleased with the conservatory and it was a very reasonable price.
I would certainly look at using them again.

I am delighted with my Conservatory/Sunroom. Peter who oversaw the work was a genuine guy who kept us informed of the progress from the design stage through to completion, he was a real pleasure to deal with. His team were first class trades people and nothing was a problem to them. I would recommend Cannon Conservatories without hesitation to anyone thinking of having work done to their home. They are a real gem in this industry.

Peter and his brilliant team of brickies; roofers; plumbers; electricians; plasterers.....have recently finished a fabulous new room with an amazing glass roof to the back of our property. It's a fabulous new living space built with care and quality. Absolutely delighted!
We cannot rate Cannon highly enough and would recommend them to anyone looking to extend their home. The service was first class and we are delighted with our extension. Firstly we were given an extremely reasonable, competitive quote, which was honoured nearly a year later when we decided to go ahead. The build started the week our first baby was due but Cannon made it completely stress free. Peter took care of everything from the design, to applying for planning permission, dealing with Building Inspectors and managing the build. All the tradesman were so considerate when our newborn arrived, making a minimal amount of noise and tidying up. They were friendly, trustworthy and reliable. They clearly take pride in their work and have done everything to a high standard. The customer service has been second to none and we can't thank Peter and his team enough.

We had our orangery built earlier this year- we were actually on holiday when the workman started to dig out the foundations. All of the workers were friendly and good at their jobs. We ended up with a beautiful and spacious orangery which we use constantly and are having family over for Christmas lunch this year now we have the extra room. All along I got good advice from Peter and we are thoroughly happy with our orangery and would recommend the company to anyone :)
Recently Peter and his excellent team constructed us a new conservatory which we are absolutely thrilled with. The whole process was easy, and completed to a very high standard. First class job.....there are so many cowboys out there it’s like a minefield but we made the the right choice in choosing Peter and his team the whole job was handled with skill and it was obvious we were going to have a professional job done.
