I order a canopy in April this year and was given a completion date of 6 weeks. I contacted Betterhomes after the 6 week window and each phone call promised a return call but never received any. After a further 10 weeks I finally got speaking to the Manager, he told me that the canopy would be fitted soon, I was expecting 'soon' to be that week but no....it was finally fitted on the 14th week from order placed. The workmanship of the fitter was excellent, he was very pleasent and couteous. I am very happy with the finished product but extremely disappointed with the sales. It is unfortunate that a proper time scale could not have been given from the time I placed my order, this would have allowed me to have gone elsewhere as I needed the work done for a family wedding. Can I say I would recommend Betterhomes? Yes for the finished product but unfortunately NO for their communication & sales team.
