Don't touch this company. They promised a five star job which turned out to be far short of that. I ordered a front door costing £2,500.00. I had to stop the fitters adding trim to areas where it would look redicious and far too broad but they said they had nothing narrower in the van. They tyied up and I signed the documents. When I inspected the work closer I noticed that they had filled spaces with brown sealer and clear sealer. Obviously they had run out of brown sealer. These gaps have now opened up and are very obvious. After 14 months the door would not release the key. We phoned Better Homes and they wanted £50 to call and look at the problem telling us that the guarantee did not cover 'movable parts' which I assume is the whole locking system. To us the locking system is one of the main parts of any door. They told us to take up the matter with the sales person.....who has left the company.
