What a bunch of time wasting incredible bad after sales service, and pore job Europlass had done. I will never purchase from them agin I've wanted 18 months for to fix a new conservtoy after wasting massive amount of time on the phone. I am still awaiting the teplacemt of the grind door that's faded from the sun. This little episode in now on month 5. If you like leaving messages on answer machines and and getting nowhere Europlass is the company for you ! Utter failure of communication and no customer relationship don't by from them ..! You will regret it.
