Initially our patio doors seemed ok but it soon became apparent that the fitters had damaged the corner of the wall above the doors and we needed several return visits before it appeared to be fixed. Unfortunately the wall has now cracked apart again. The plastic covers over the hinges have split and exposed the metal underneath. Today after having the doors open for an hour they then wouldn't shut and it appears the doors have dropped and we had to physically lift them and force them shut. No phone numbers for europlas connect so I'm assuming they have either ceased trading or have some means of avoiding honouring their worthless guarantees. Fuming!

What a bunch of time wasting incredible bad after sales service, and pore job Europlass had done. I will never purchase from them agin I've wanted 18 months for to fix a new conservtoy after wasting massive amount of time on the phone. I am still awaiting the teplacemt of the grind door that's faded from the sun. This little episode in now on month 5. If you like leaving messages on answer machines and and getting nowhere Europlass is the company for you !
Utter failure of communication and no customer relationship don't by from them ..! You will regret it.

I have tried several phone numbers to get in touch with you regarding the swelling of the door panel. After three weeks and still no response,I am fed up being shunted around. I am not a new customer,but I still expect a prompt reply or acknowledgement. What is going on?
High pressure salespeople if they can get away with it they will.
Our quote dropped from £22000 to £12000 and we still ended up getting the job done for £8000 by a local company.
Europlas will keep chasing you forever once they have your number.

Had electric garage door fitted, first problem arose hen a screw came loose leaving system in-operable, after lengthy phone calls and severel promisesof call back it got fixed. Second problem came when roller door wouldnt open elctronically, more fruitless phone calls and promises of call back which never materialised, then a letter came informing us of a visit 2 weeks later, mechanic came and guess what he didnt have the necessay part, more delay while we waited for another vsit with correct component. Now its gone wrong again, visitd showroom personally and was promised a call next day, that never happened, phoned again 3 times today and each time the promise of a call back hasnt happened, thoroughly fed up and dis-illisioned with the after sales of Europlas and still havent got a garage door that will close
Horrendous approach to sales and use of persistent cold calling. Operatives rude and offensive. Uninvited calls to my TPS listed number with excuses that their systems is being 'maintained' which allows them to make unsolicited calls numerous times throughout the day.
I will NEVER be a Europlas customer because of this approach. Any attempt to remove a number from their system is unsuccessful as the 'Data Manager' is on holiday for a week!!!!!
Enough Europlas, please go away!

Lovely conservatory. Bit pricey, workmen great. Very pleased BUT......... Aftersales Service Horrendous: No replies to repeated calls made to Call Centre and Service Office - took almost a a month before someone replied. No surveyor was sent to examine the problem despite my repeated requests. 2 workmen came to look/ take photos. It's 'blame the customer' despite what my builders said regarding ingress of water. Dismissive, rude and infuriating. I now need a surveyor's report they inform me (at my expense). I spent £24,000 and feel they have treated me very discourteously. Oh. and the facing removed by workmen when they visited will probably take until Xmas to be replaced - not replying to messages again.
Salesman arrived barefoot,I kid you not measured up for three French doors,two windows and one front door.
Phoned with a price,I requested it in writing.
Never heard from him again in spite of me phoning his office requested that they post the quote.
Never got back to me with written quote .Lack of interest in the work which is extensive.

Did not go ahead with order as the quotation was far too expensive!

Not able to quote as property is in multiple ownership
Have had several Europlas products installed (conservatory, bi-fold doors, solar panels). All completed well, on time and by competent and friendly builders / installers. BUT our experience of aftersales service is, unfortunately, diabolical. Have sought service on two occasions for different issues. The first time it took many phone calls to elicit a response, promise after promise but no action. Finally when an appointment was made, no-one arrived. After escalation, finally we got the job completed. Second time (currently) we are trying to get a repair to the solar system. So far three phone calls to get an appointment; promises each time for a call-back as it seems impossible to speak directly to anyone who can make an appointment. Still no response after 5 days. This is totally unacceptable. I'm afraid that Europlas has lost a customer for any future work
Update: after an email to the CEO (Ian Blackhurst) of ENTU, the owners of Europlas, got an immediate response from the area manager - good. Unfortunately the first appointment was cancelled at short notice (electrician ill) and its taken a further 2 weeks and several calls / emails to arrange another appointment. This was supposed to be the coming Saturday; just had another call to say its now going to be Sunday. Fingers crossed. You have to do better on your after-sales "service" if you want to retain customers!
just,had three windiws fitted,beautifull windows, shame about the sealant on the outside of windows a child could do a better job! On the small window there is an attatched mullion bar,this is catching on the bottom of the window and the handles are out of level. On the largest window one of the opening windows is missing the easy clean window hinges,these handles are also out of level.Workmen had no hoover and did not clean out inside the window frames. Have informed them that I have stopped the cheque until these things are put right,so glad that I wrote a cheque!
Reolacement windows. very good. Fitting a diferent sized window ???? came unprepared, no ladders, the finish of the rendering arround the windows was poor. They were punctual and courteous, the work was done in May 2013

aftercare is diabolical we have been waiting for glass surround on door since December but stated this in October 2015 and are still waiting for it to be fixed and you can never get an answer from Joanne Alford who is supposed to be service co-ordinator what a joke
In all honestly I couldn't of asked for a better level of service. Europlas exceeded my expecations on multiple levels and I am over the moon with the double glazing they installed

The workmen, Darren and Ashley, were really good, clean, tidy and polite. They were let down by their colleagues who had not warned them that I was in a 3rd floor flat and had secondary double glazing to be removed as well. They had to take an extra day to do the work. I have written to make comments to the Managing Director as I had to chase up progress before work started but have had no reply.

replacement windows, delightful chaps, very courteous and punctual. had to come back to redo rendering as the first lot did not set, came back very quickly. Would advise not to show buckle of belts as marked the walls when fitting windows, bit of damage on window sills but generally happy with job. Would have liked further windows done but not until the room needs decorating due to risk of further damage. This work was completed in July 2013
We had a conservatory added to our house. The workmanship was excellent. The team were punctual and courteous. The work was completed in the early summer.

this unfortunately is not a review but a request for help. Having given your conservatory build a rating of 5 stars in October 14 we have contacted you with a problem and yet No one has had the decency to contact us to arrange to put right our problem.
We are still pleased with the conservatory but following high winds last week and resulting considerable draughts,, it was noted that there was NO sealant ALL THE WAY AROUND where the roof meets the windows. An obvious omission during the build. As this was built to give my mother some independence and a space of her own diring the daytime, we find that she is now denied its use. As a 93 year old she cannot cope with massive draughts and we would therefore, request an urgent visit. I regret that I have to resort to using your review page as contact but phone calls do not seem to work. PLEASE HELP..

We have today had completion of a Conservatory. Apart from some communication problems with the local office, we are extremely pleased with the product. Those who worked on the project, Darren and Richard who did all the groundwork, cutting through, plastering etc., and John who erected the Conservatoryy, were absolutely brilliant. They left our property in a tidy state each day and their hardwork must be applauded. I would highly recommend these three workers. Well done. A couple of snagging problems, quickly dealt with by the office and John. Thank you all.

Removal of old back door and fitting of new front door was carried out efficiently and with the minimum of mess. No damage was caused to the surrounding decor. Fitters arrived on time and we're courteous throughout the job. Very pleased with the finished product
The project was to buy a new front door. From my initial enquiry Europlas contacted me and booked a Salesperson to visit and later a surveyor to take measurements.
The workmanship was carried out with fast and efficient service.

The work was clearly explained prior to scaffolding and work being carried out.
