Windows Plus Roofs Limited T/a Kitchens Plus

As we were so happy with the kitchen, bathroom, en- suite and windows fitted by Kitchens Plus it was no surprise that when we decided to have a garage conversion we returned to them. Adam came straight out to se us and everything was arranged in a timely fashion. We were introduced to our team who worked extremely hard and completed the job within 7 days to a very high standard. In conversation with the workers we decided to go ahead and have a resin drive laid at the same time. Adam took us to see some that they had previously laid and this gave us the opportunity to chat to other satisfied customers. We were delighted with the finished product and after being told, along with our neighbours, NOT to walk on it for at least 24 hours we bade the team farewell. Imagine my horror when one hour later my neighbour arrived on my drive to admire it followed 5 minutes later by a delivery man. I rang Adam in dismay who arrived back in record time to reassure me that he had phoned around the team and would have someone back to help. Eric drove straight from Newcastle and by the light of his head lamps repaired the damage. For this we were extremely grateful. It is for this reason that we return to this company time again as they can be relied upon to do a good job and go over and above to ensure our satisfaction. Thanks to everyone involved.
