Windows Plus Roofs Limited T/a Kitchens Plus

To say I am diaspaointed with this company would be an understatement. This comapny were hired to re-fit my ensuite bathroom. My old ensuite was taken out on the 12th August and should've taken 4 days for the work to be carried out. Half way through the job the builders, through no fault of their own, ran out of wall panels. Now as we go into the 4th week I am still waiting......still no panels....still no ensuite. My back yard is still full of the old bathroom. A very hot bank holiday in August and I was unable to sit in my yard and enjoy the weather. My house is like an obstacle course, new bathroom equipment everywhere, and has been like this since the week before the job started. They even changed my order twice without consultring me. You ring up the company and you get passed around the houses. This is not actually the first bathroom they have done for us. The first bathroom went over schedule and we had to get them back 4 times to fix things. Chipped tiles (which they knew were chipped), scratched ceiling panels, leaking soil pipe, the list was endless. We paid just over £12k. Why did we put ourselves through this again? Is Tim Healy aware of what a rubbish comapny he advertises?
