While it is some time since this installation began (1.12.2014) the last visit 29.06.2016! For a job that was to take one week. An experience I would not wish anyone to go through - my advice is NOT to give them house room! As it is mentioned in comments on here they take your money and stuff you. From starting the job our complaints went on not just months but years. The problem being the initial team put on the job were not capable to do the work, but fault after fault arising! Trying to make out a lot was our fault! Actually telling us the cooker hood was not compatible with the hob but did nothing! The kitchen tap was a nightmare - did not resolve, only to mention a couple of many issues. As also mentioned by others - do not turn up for appointments, do not return calls which delays matters further. Customer satisfaction has not been in the remit for us at all. I would never again go through a company where they have all the money up front before you are satisfied with the job! As mentioned on here - do your homework before you commit. I actually wondered if complaints were escalated to the actual owners of the company - if they thought it was acceptable practice to treat people the way they do! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND.
