Kitchens+install+service=dog crap If you want to spend your hard earned money elsewhere please do. Don't go here. We had a bathroom put in starting December 2019,it was eventually finished with snagging issues by December 2020. This was only pushed by myself otherwise it would have spilled into January 2021. The level of service has been very poor in the past, loads of communication problems between the office and the installers, then installers not turning up, not turning up on times agreed due to circumstances etc, parts missing, parts out of stock, replacement parts needing after going faulty within months of installing. We've now gone out of the installation warranty and I've needed a new roof, when this was getting done due to the nature of the job the roofer noticed part of the bathroom panelling on the ceiling came away due to the all of the panelling just being stuck onto the main plasterboard and not latted properly. It's resulted in part of the panelling coming away and the LED lights coming out, and bellowing out. When ringing up to discuss the issue in the 1st place, they said it would cost to come out to inspect at £60 for callout. When I tackled this, the woman said but you signed the installation waiver back in 2019 to say it was all OK. Yes to get the finance rolling and yes it looked fine but also snagging went on for a good year throughout and then the serious problem started just over a year later, convenient it was also past the 1yr warranty for remedial jobs etc. ERR no way not when you've done the installation wrong in 1st place. We've had to go through someone else as the roofer is getting it covered himself so that I'm not having to pay anything extra. Plus it means I'm not waiting around, that's service! However kitchensplus just don't want to know about anything like this, they're more interested in taking your money and making a half a##e job of it. I would NEVER RECOMMEND these to my worst enemy. The prices were over the top when compared to what I could have had elsewhere, the thing attracted me was the finance at the time. Do yourself a favour and research the reviews properly on these. They use 3rd party installers as well and I have to say apart from a couple of times when the guys have been out, they were quick to resolve a job. However one came out and stunk of weed, luckily he was in/out in seconds for a quick simple part to a shower door. If you have a problem with a part, be prepared to send photo evidence too for manufacturers etc which could pose an issue for someone who doesn't know much about technology. Also make sure if you're vulnerable to covid etc that they wear masks, numerous times when coming out, I had to keep reminding both office and installers to wear masks in property. The sale person originally doing our design etc was pleasant but again more or less you need to respond by certain time frame to get a discount, even though after discount was still overpriced. The guy doesn't work for them anymore either. Seems other companies like B&Q are also providing the kit for bathrooms but you have to get your own installation guy to fit it. It maybe a better option for anyone reading this. I wish I had done this now. If I had to do this all over again, I'd buy the kit and look up a reputable person on something like checkatrade and ensure I get a warranty in place etc to cover all aspects. This goes for anything else to do with your home, I wouldn't use these for my any aspect in my house now after all this carry on
