Service to start of with was ok. Bathroom fitted on starting Monday 7th August, could have been finished on the Thursday but tiler unavailable to work on Wednesday, poor work staff management all complete or so we thought until we tried to use shower, called Lew who got someone out to take a look, it took 3 different plumbers to find out that because we don't have a combi boiler our water pressure is to strong and overrides the hot. This being said was informed that it would be sorted by Saturday 19th August, rang and was advised another plumber would be out last Friday, this unfortunately did not happen, c8ntacted Lew who said a plumber would be out Saturday , he turned up and went away 2 minutes later. Unable to contact anyone! So still no shower i wish i hadnt had it done as it is such a shame i hav a lovely bathroom that is not finished. Would NOT recommend this company for after care
